• You are solely responsible for your own data. However, we will backup your system before we begin working on it.

• 2.) What is the length of your service warranty?
• The warranty is 7 days if the problem reoccurs.
• 3.) How long does it take to fix my computer?
• It takes roughly two hours to repair a computer. The average cost is only $75.00 per visit.
  
• 4.) Can you teach me how to use software on my system?
  
• Yes, please tell us the software title before we arrive.

• We will offer free advice for any questions you have.

Billing Questions
